Empowering Visually Impaired Women & Girls

Njia Empowerment Organisation (NEO) is dedicated to ensuring that vulnerable women and girls, especially the visually impaired, are empowered to become independent and positively impact the world.

About NEO Empowerment Organization

Njia Empowerment Organisation (NEO) is a fully registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Kenya. Our mandate is ensuring that vulnerable women and girls, especially the visually impaired, are empowered to become independent and positively impact the world.

NEO works with rural women and girls by supporting them to be critical, independent and self-reliant, while also building their capacity to be active citizens contributing to decisions that impact them, their families and communities.

NEO is based in Trans-Nzoia County and is the only organisation that is specifically working with the visually-impaired in the County and the North Rift region in Kenya.
